Tortorici Schwartz LLP (TSLLP) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it.  TSLLP provides this Privacy Policy to inform you of our privacy policies and practices, the way your information is collected online, and how that information is used.  We have designed our website so that you may visit TSLLP on the internet without identifying yourself or submitting any personal information.  We make this Privacy Policy readily available on our website for your convenience.

The Privacy Policy applies to all TSLLP owned websites and domains (TSLLP websites), as well as digital marketing tools.  The TSLLP websites may provide links to third-party websites for your convenience and information.  When you access those links to third-party websites, you will leave the TSLLP websites.  TSLLP does not control third-party websites or their privacy practices, which may differ from TSLLP’s.  TSLLP does not endorse or make any representations about third-party websites.  The personal information you chose to provide to third parties is not covered by the TSLLP Privacy Policy.  TSLLP encourages you to review the privacy policy of any company before submitting your personal information. In addition, some third-party companies may choose to share personal information in their possession with TSLLP, and such sharing is governed by each third-party company’s privacy policy. 

Types of Information TSLLP Collects

The TSLLP Privacy Policy applies to personal information and non-personal data collection.  Personal information is information that is associated with your name or personal identification.  TSLLP uses personal information, to the extent that you to provide it to us, to better understand your needs and to provide you with better service.  Once you choose to provide us with personal information, you can be assured it will be used only to support your relationship with TSLLP.  We take seriously the trust you place in us.  TSLLP will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to others.  On some TSLLP websites, you can subscribe to one or more of our newsletters, bulletins, legal updates, or other materials. The types of personal information you may provide to us include, but are not limited to, your name, your company’s name, your title, your phone number, your mailing address, your company’s mailing address, and/or your e-mail address.  You may unsubscribe to any of these materials by following the instructions provided at the end of the materials.  If you are applying for a job at TSLLP, you may provide your educational background, your employment background, and job interest data in addition to the above-listed information.  If you are selecting a preferred charitable and/or nonprofit organization to which TSLLP may direct a holiday donation, you may provide the identity of one or more preferred charitable and/or nonprofit organizations in addition to the above-listed personal information.

Non-personal information is data relating to website usage and operation that is not associated with a specific personal identity.  TSLLP may collect and analyze non-personal information to determine how visitors use the TSLLP websites and digital marketing platforms.  Non-personal data TSLLP collects may include the pages visited on TSLLP websites. 

Children’s Privacy

The TSLLP websites are not intended for children under 13 years of age.
